Austin is a licensed and certified home inspector who takes pride in his work and attention to detail. He has always loved working with his hands either in his occupation or building projects, having renovated multiple houses and built out campers for his family to enjoy. As a graduate of the HomeSpection Training Institute®, the premier school for training home inspectors in the country, Austin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every inspection he conducts. He holds multiple licenses and certifications, including for Microbial (Mold), Radon Gas, and Wood Destroying Insect inspections from the state of Ohio. In addition to his impressive qualifications, Austin is also a proud member of the top home inspection organization – the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is passionate about his work and excited to help you through your property investments. When he’s not working, Austin loves the outdoors, hiking, and exploring nature with his wife, Phoebe, and his two boys, Cyrus and Oliver.
